Return Policy:

Returns are accepted with 90 days of receipt of the item. Item must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. Please contact us prior to returning to get an RMA number. If an item is damaged, please contact us. Our incurred shipping charges to ship the item out to you are never refundable regardless if they were charged or not.

Payment Policy:

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

Shipping Policy:

Every effort is made to ship the item the following business day after payment is received.

Please note the following exceptions:

Caseworks Items : Generally ship in 3-5 business days (but can take up to 7 business days during the holiday season).
FanMats Items : Generally ship in 3-5 business days for items that they have in stock. Items that are made to order and take up to 2 weeks to ship. These items are shipped factory direct to you.
Highland Mint Items - Generally ship in 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days before they ship out. These are shipped factory direct to you.
Memory Company Items - Generally ship in 2-3 business days.

International Shipping Disclaimer :

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
