Return Policy:

Returns are accepted with 30 days of receipt of the item. Our top priority is to provide the best possible service, and that is why we want to have the best return policy available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges the we incurred shipping the item out to you are not included in the refunded price.

Please note that Memory Company items are not accepted for returns unless they were received in damaged condition.

We'll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
